"ORDER NEVER DELIVERED"
NEVER ORDER HERE. I purchased a large order ($400+) to the U.S that was said to be "delivered" by DHL. I waited a day after the notification as they released it when I did not authorize but it was still not delivered! I reached out the team and DHL, which took 3-4 days to get a response already, both of them said they will be in contact with each other to "investigate". Investigation took over a week and I got a response "concluded that your shipment has been delivered correctly. DHL offers a door to door service, meaning the receiver does not need to be the one to provide a signature, so long as it is received at the correct address per shipping instructions.As a result, unfortunately we are unable to assist in further investigations, or a resolution, as it has been delivered to you correctly." My order was not their when I was home. No driver was on camera. What does their conclusion even mean? THEIR OWN WEBSITE states Please note, if you request your delivery method be updated to a different address or provide DHL with authority to leave, you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement or re-delivery if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service."
I did not update my address or provide DHL with the authority so when did I waive my rights for a redelivery or refund. It is ridiculous
DHL and Fedex drivers have stolen packages before. What does GPS do? Nothing. PLEASE NEVER ORDER HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

"U.S. Residents - Don't Bother"
I ordered from here and my items were delivered exactly a week later on March 20th. On the website when I went to return on April 1st, it said my return window closed on April 1st (I would think I had until EOD) anyways...my mistake I guess. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the return window had actually closed on March 26th, just six days after I received the items.

As a US customer, their return policy is completely unfair and customer service will not work with you AT ALL and they will just repeat how they "require all customers to read through our returns policy prior to their purchase to ensure they do not miss the returns time frame" and cannot help because they "have to be fair and mindful of all customers"

Don't bother unless you enjoying being irritated.

"Non existent customer support"
Extremely difficult and very poor customer service. The return window is very short and they are unwilling to work with you. I can most definitely say that this company does not care about their customers at all! Considering their merchandise is inferior and the quality of their products are subpar you would think they would have excellent customer service to keep you coming back to purchase more( that's how proper customer service works) wink-wink! Please shop elsewhere if you would like decent customer support as well as decent product! You'll thank me! I promise!

"Scammers and thieves! Worst customer service!"
My package was never delivered and I spent weeks arguing with them to give me my money back or resend the clothing. They said contacted the shipping company who said they had delivered my order and couldn't do anything for me. Wouldn't refund me my money and lost my package which was $150 with of clothing.

"Terrible and RUDE Customer Service"
Alexis is the worst customer service lady I've ever had the chance to deal with. I have proof of her ignoring my emails on my claim and she responded back a month later saying I never followed up. When I sent her the proof she ignored my claim and closed my dispute.

They dont offer returns of exchanged on products that are in a sitewide 20% off sale? Like how am i even meant to opt out of that? So disappointing for a large store like tigermist.

"I'd give 0 stars if I could, missing items etc"
On july 24th, I order 3 items from tigermist, as matching outfits for me and my sister
1. Pacific top size S
1. Pacific top size xs
1. Zahra mesh mini skirt size s
After insane shipping delays and dealing back and forth with DHL for a week, they held my package and refused to communicate with me and almost sent my package back to sender. I had to travel 2hrs intotal to finally get the package to be released.

I was finally able to get my package on Aug 12th, it was supposed to arrive on July 27th according to the tracking. To my surprise only 1 of the 3 items were in the package, I only received the Pacific Top size XS, the other 2 items were missing. And the item that I did receive was defective, the stitching was crumpled up in the armpit on one side and completely faulty.

I contacted Tigermist ASAP, and we came to a conclusion that i WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER (after initially only offering store credit for the 2 items I did not receive, which I declined since I Will not be shopping here again), in my email to them I asked for a FULL REFUND of my ENTIRE order, and even offered to ship back the defective item that I received, they agreed to a refund to original payment, but I only was refunded for one item, so now I am asking to be refunded the remaining amount, which is $40.50 for the 2 items that I did not receive.

It makes no sense why they would agree to refund my entire order and then only refund me for 1 item.

"Dont waste your time ladies"
Have one of the most horrible experience shopping with this company. Did you ever heard about a company where they put your address on the package wrong and ship it out to the wrong address but then said it's the customer fault because per their own customer service words "once customer finalize the purchase they waived the right to have any compensate if package is lost or stolen". Yeah me neither. With that mean is when you purchase something and you put your address for example in Sydney, if this company somehow put New Zealand on the package and ship it over there they will not take responsible for that and you will not be refunded. So yeah, take my horrendous experience and stay away from this site ladies

"Worst Return Policy"
Me and my daughters probably order over $2000 and when it comes to return $60, all excuses coming. Customer service WORST. If some wont fit you, Throw your money out. No return Or Even Exchange. Even when you paid Full price NOTHING. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy from company base in Australia.

"Best fitting corset"
The colour is amazing and it fits perfectly. True to size and super comfortable, especially for a corset. The quality is so thick and nice, feels very high quality for such a good price

"Great Customer Service Experience"
I was hesitant to buy clothes from here as the models have completely different body types to me so was not sure the clothes would fit or suit me. So I started off just buying a top and some bikinis, which I was very happy with the quality & fit so I bought some underwear & 2 dresses. All of them fit perfectly and I thought they were of good quality. One dress I tried on had a manufacturing fault in the strapping causing it to be tangled so I emailed their support with a photo, they asked for a video and I send it plus another photo. They were quick to respond & offered me a refund or store credit - I was concerned about having to pay for shipping again so I asked them if I would be required to pay for the shipping to replace the same item. The lovely customer service shipped out a new item straight away so I didn't need to pay for any shipping and the new dress arrived this morning & is perfect. I am very happy with my experience buying from Tiger Mist and will be continuing to buy from them.

"Don't order from here if you're International."
Horrible company. The sizes on the size chart don't actually reflect the clothing sizes. I made measurements and made an order based on their size charts. The clothes didn't fit and I asked for a return / refund and Tiger Mist customer service said " We're sorry in order to be fair to our customers we have the right not to allow refunds for certian orders. ". I'm stuck with a dress that didn't match the size chart and had the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time

"No replies, scammed?"
Ordered over a week ago (big order worth hundreds of $). Still have not received shipping information, even though it says 1-3 days shipping. Have contacted them multiple times via email, their website, and instagram, not one of my messages have been responded to. If you read the comments on their instagram, so many people seem to have this problem. Won't be buying from them ever again, and I'm scared I have been scammed.

Updated: Their email replies are literally just automated and copied and pasted stuff from their website faqs. Such bad customer service from such a popular brand

"Shipping price too high"
I just bought 60$ worth of clothes. Their shipping fees are 15$ and i always get duty&tax when i order with Tiger Mist because of the services they use. So an additionnal 40$! For only 60$ worth of clothes i have to pay 55$ just to get it ship to Canada? It's too much

"$#*!"
Spent nearly $300 on clothing and received the $#*!test quality of clothing I've ever seen. I am a size 8 and have never had issues with clothing, all items were TINY. The dress didn't even cover but but. WORST of all they don't even offer refunds so now I'm stuck with a voucher that I will never want to use.

“Well I paid a hefty delivery charge for a dress for my daughter's birthday, which was promised within 6-10 days and has not turned up 18 days later. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer. Think my daughter and her friends have also got the message.”
