"Loyalty points don’t really do much"
I signed up for the loyalty thing thinking it might actually save me a bit, but the rewards are kinda tiny and not that easy to use. My points didn’t even show up right after I ordered, which was annoying. Idk, it just feels like more effort than it’s worth.

The processing was definitely slower than I expected... like, I kept checking for updates!!! But hey, it did ship eventually, so it all worked out in the end!!

"Shipping left me a little uneasy"
I ordered from Tiger Mist and the clothes did eventually show up, but after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole thing. The delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I was kind of wondering if my order was actually moving or if I’d have to chase someone down. The package arrived fine in the end and the items were okay, but the shipping process could definitely be clearer. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest or most reassuring one.

"Exchange Took Way Too Long"
I tried to exchange a dress and felt like I was being forced to practice patience the whole time. The replies came in so slowly, and the process wasn’t very clear, so I kept having to wait and figure out what to do next. It ended up taking way longer than it should have.

"Sizing is way off"
I ordered my usual size and the fit was just really weird. Like I said, I didn’t size up or down or anything, but the top felt tiny while somehow still being loose in all the wrong places. The pants were also way too long on me. Like I said, the size chart didn’t help at all, so it was super frustrating to have to return it...

"Checkout looked promising, but what a hassle"
I was actually ready to give this a decent shot because the site seemed fine at first, but checkout was a mess. I tried paying twice and it just kept freezing. My card was working, so I’m sure it wasn’t on my end. There wasn’t even a clear error message, which made it more annoying. Maybe it’s great when it works, but for me it just wasted time

"Cute pieces, but I have some questions"
They have some really cute stuff, but I wish they were more upfront about things like sustainability and factory conditions. I’d feel a lot better buying from them if there was more transparency, if that makes sense

Not sure if it got bumped around during shipping or what, but the box was a bit dented when it arrived. The bag inside was totally fine though, so no real issue

"Shipping took way too long"
My order showed up really late, and there were no updates for days, which was frustrating. The clothes themselves were fine, so it wasn’t a total disappointment, but the shipping experience kind of ruined it for me. I get that delays happen, but when you don’t hear anything for that long, you start wondering if.....

"Better than I thought"
I was surprised by how good it was. The fabric feel nice and doesn’t seem cheap at all, and the stitching look solid too. I wore it once already and it held up just fine

I used a discount code at checkout and it took the money off right away, so I guess it worked just like it was supposed to. There weren’t any weird extra steps or anything, and my order went through fine. Happy with it overall.

"Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from overseas and it actually arrived quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise, right? The duties were clearly shown at checkout too, so there weren’t any weird extra charges later. I’m really happy with how everything went and I’d definitely order again.

"Looked different than I expected"
I was excited to try this because the photos made it seem like it would be an easy everyday piece, and shipping was fine and the material felt okay when I opened it. I tried it on a couple different ways, hoping it would grow on me, but the color was noticeably different in person and the fit didn’t really match how it looked in the pictures.

"Return was easy... refund just took a bit"
I ended up returning a dress from Tiger Mist because the fit just wasn’t quite right on me. The return steps were simple to follow, so that part was fine... the only downside was that the refund took a little longer than I expected. I emailed them once to check in and they replied with an update, then the money showed up a few days later. Not perfect, but they did get it sorted in the end... I’d give them 4 stars.

"Cute stuff, but I’d wait for a sale"
I ordered a couple tops and a skirt from Tiger Mist, and overall I’m happy with them. Full price feels a little steep to me, so I’d probably only shop here when there’s a sale. The pieces looked like the photos and the fit was mostly right, though one of the tops was thinner than I expected. Shipping was okay, but I was definitely getting a bit impatient waiting for it to show up. Still, for what I paid, I’m satisfied and I’d buy again if there’s a good discount.

"Kind of regretting my order"
The site looked legit when I placed the order, but now I’m not totally sure I made the best call. Some of the reviews are mixed, and the shipping updates were vague enough that I kept second-guessing it. It did eventually work out, but I had a bit of buyer’s remorse while waiting. I might order again, but probably only if there’s a really good sale

I got my tracking info quickly, i was like, okay great, now I don’t have to keep wondering where my order is. The updates were simple to follow, so I could check in whenever and see what was going on. It definitely made the whole waiting part less stressful. Overall, I was happy with how smooth it all felt

“Well I paid a hefty delivery charge for a dress for my daughter's birthday, which was promised within 6-10 days and has not turned up 18 days later. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer. Think my daughter and her friends have also got the message.”
